How much do your programs cost?
Our full day Minecraft programs typically costs between $400 and $600 for a week of camp, M-F, 9am-4pm daily. Our other Techsplosion full day camps typically cost between $300 and $400 for a week of camp, M-F, 9am-4pm daily. To find the price of a specific week of camp, begin to follow the enrollment instructions. The price of our camp sessions is listed on each partner website prior to enrollment. Our pricing for birthdays, custom workshops, and private events varies. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
Why does the same camp have a different price for a different week?
Techsplosion charges the same price per program everywhere, but different facilities add different fees on top of our price.
How do I register my kids for camp?
2018 summer camps will be announced in early 2018. Once they’re announced: Hover over or click “Camp Locations” in the menu, which is located at the top of each page. Then select the region you’re interested in, find the camp you’re interested in, and follow the instructions just below it to enroll in that camp. Each of our partners has a different registration schedule. Find the camp/s your interested in, and read “TO ENROLL:” just below their listing. We keep that information updated as best we can. Any questions? Just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you offer scholarships?
We offer a limited number of need-based scholarships. Please note that many of the organizations we contract with do not allow us to offer scholarships at their facilities. If you need financial assistance, please email email@example.com describing your situation and including proof of income.
Should my camper attend the same program twice?
Absolutely! We get tons of return campers! Every week of camp is different, and our instructors have a variety of more advanced projects to keep your kids challenged. Many of our campers have been coming to our programs for 3+ years!
Where can I find your summer schedule?
Hover over or click “Camp Locations” in the menu, which is located at the top of each page. Then select the region you’re interested in.
My child is too young for the camp s/he is interested in, but advanced for their age. Can you make an exception?
If your child is too young, we can sometimes accommodate. In these cases, we will require you to waive your right to request a refund. If that sounds good to you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 415.223.4312
What is your refund policy?
Refunds are handled by the individual partner organizations we work with. For refund information, contact the organization hosting our camp. For Techsplosion birthday party cancellation policies, please visit our Robotics and Minecraft Birthday Parties page.
I’m a parent. How do I get you guys to come to our town?
Drop us an email at email@example.com and tell us about you– where are you located? Do you know any rec centers/schools/kids’ organizations that might be interested in hosting us? Are other parents as excited as you are about our programs? We’ll do everything we can!
Do you offer after-school classes, summer camps, holiday camps, birthdays, or other events?
We offer after-school classes, summer camps, holiday camps, birthdays and other events/workshops. If you are interested in bringing us to your facility for such programs, please have your program coordinator check out our hosting information page, then email firstname.lastname@example.org We don’t offer after school classes at this time.
How do I book you guys?
Check out our hosting information page, then contact email@example.com or give us a call at 415.223.4312
Are my kids just going to sit in front of a screen all day?
Absolutely not. We balance computer time with fun outdoor activities and themed games. Our Minecraft and Video Game Design camps are the most computer intensive but in all full-day programs we schedule approximately 2 hours of outdoor time per day. In addition to that, we have many non-computer activities, particularly in the camps for younger age groups like Junior Minecrafters and Minecraft Challenge. We want to inspire your kids to lead balanced and passionate lives, not turn them into potatoes. 🙂
